Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to act as the first point of contact for users, delivering expert IT support and troubleshooting within a healthcare IT environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, maintain high service quality, and continuously improve support processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships. Remote work option with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments.
• Strong customer relationship and call center support skills.
• Strong IT, networking, and general computer skills.
• Hands-on PC and server hardware with Linux/Windows command lines.
• Experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EMR, clinical software).
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
• Knowledge of archival and storage media.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and on-call rotations.
• PACS/Radiology/DICOM/HL7 experience (Preferred).
• Radiology workflow experience (Preferred).
• Certifications: CompTIA Linux, RHCA, or RHCT (Preferred).
• CCNA/CCNP certification (Preferred).
• Languages for EU/international regions (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for users; provide expert support and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate projects and serve as main point of contact for customer communication.
• Lead implementation resources for client projects from kick-off to completion.
• Second-level support for healthcare IT systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor support queue; triage tickets and assign to teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to escalate and resolve issues.
• Maintain incident records and update knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support key customers and maintain positive relationships.
