DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer for PACS who will act as the first point of contact, providing expert support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems. This role requires strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and PACS/RIS systems to deliver high-quality service and improve support processes.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of IT support experience. The position includes responsibilities such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving escalated technical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This remote position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
• 3 years in a healthcare technical support role.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, EMR systems.

• Provide primary PACS technical support for customer IT projects.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate project tasks.
