Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in the United States to be the first point of contact for users, providing expert IT support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution within healthcare IT environments.

You will coordinate projects, serve as the primary implementation resource, handle second-level support across Windows and Linux, and work with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong customer

Qualifications

5+ years in an IT support role

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
Lead implementation efforts from kick-off to completion
Provide second-level support for healthcare IT systems and troubleshoot complex issues
Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Monitor support queue and triage tickets across teams
Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues
Document incidents, solutions, and workflows in the ticketing system
Contribute to knowledge base and support process improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal IT policies
Support key customers and maintain positive relationships
