Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer, PACS to serve as the primary support resource for healthcare IT projects. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements to ensure high service quality.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, training, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Remote work is possible with on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years IT support experience, with healthcare/radiology focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server; Linux experience required.
• Experience with RIS, DICOM, HL7, EMR, and healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PACS technical support resource for healthcare IT projects.
• Provide second-level support for PACS and healthcare IT systems; troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate projects and communicate with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and PM teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
• Support pre-sales evaluations and provide level-of-effort assessments.
• Design, implement, document, and support technical solutions meeting requirements.
