Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, and set milestones with clear deliverables.
• Establish change management and quality control processes to minimize deviations.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices and responsibilities.
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
