CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address implementation issues and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring projects; developing plans, milestones and deliverables; managing risks, change management, and reporting; coaching junior colleagues and ensuring high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong project management and delivery track record.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct planning and execution of key projects for healthcare clients.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and assign team tasks.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices.
