Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address implementation issues, ensure expectations are met, and deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving, risk mitigation, and execution skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment abilities
• Proven execution and delivery capabilities to meet deadlines and business objectives
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects for Self-funded New Business Clients
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables and align with stakeholders
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor progress against timelines
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and processes
• Ensure quality control and change management plans are effective
