Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of self-funded new business client implementations. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure plans meet timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality results.

Under general direction, you will develop project plans, milestones, manage risks, and drive change management. You will coach junior staff and report progress, risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience including direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks, propose solutions and drive resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with stakeholders to align with goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and deadlines; assign responsibilities.
• Implement quality control, change management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coach junior colleagues on project management techniques and responsibilities.
