Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and deadlines, and set milestones.
• Conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned and apply process improvements.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to identify deviations and deficiencies.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Direct multi-project management, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques and responsibilities.
