Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and address implementation issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and project success.

Under general direction, you will plan, execute and monitor projects, develop change-management plans, identify risks, and mentor junior staff while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Proven delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines and budget.
• Develop project plans, assign team tasks, define deliverables and milestones.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and processes.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and mitigations; conduct post-mortems.
