Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field or 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to analyze financial and operational data.
• Strong communication and ability to partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results and enhance business understanding.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses on topics requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances vs. budget/forecast to identify opportunities.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient/procedure/payor mix.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
