Allegheny Health Network is seeking an analytics professional to support financial, operational, and clinical performance through detailed data analysis and reporting. You will partner with hospital and physician organizations to explain trends and quantify drivers.

You will mentor junior analysts, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and present executive summaries with recommendations to leadership. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, statistics or related field, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.
• Ability to analyze financial, operational, clinical, and other data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results and drive understanding.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership requests.
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecast and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Integrate operational and clinical data to provide holistic insights.
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts.
