Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by Finance leadership.
• Analyzes variances against budget, forecast, or prior year.
• Combines financial and operational/clinical data for holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify business shifts impact.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
