Allegheny Health Network is seeking a senior analytics professional to support financial, operational, and clinical performance through detailed analysis of volume, revenue, and cost. You will partner with hospital and physician leaders to explain trends and quantify key drivers, mentoring junior analysts as needed.

This role emphasizes ad-hoc analyses, variance assessment, and presenting executive summaries with actionable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret various data types.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data to reveal strategic insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, or prior year.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Utilizes rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
