Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret various types of data including financial results, operational metrics, clinical outcomes, and other key datasets.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate higher-level strategic insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships across the organization.
• Self-starter who initiates and drives progress on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances to budget/forecast to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Adds operational/clinical data to financial analysis for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in mix or payor mix.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Mentors junior analysts and supports team development.
