Qualifications

• Bachelor's or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to analyze financial, operational, clinical data.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and extract strategic insights.
• Multitask across projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-organizational partnership skills.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyze variances relative to budget, forecast, or prior year to identify improvements.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Use rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of mix changes.
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Support other duties as assigned.
