Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to analyze and interpret diverse data
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and derive strategic insights
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner across the organization
• Self‑starter who drives progress on major projects with minimal supervision

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for major initiatives and leadership
• Analyzes variances vs. budget/forecast and identifies improvement opportunities
• Incorporates operational/clinical data to provide holistic insights
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impacts of patient, procedure, or payor mix changes
• Creates and presents executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations
• Supports growth and development of junior analysts through mentoring
