Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for business trends or requests from Finance leadership.
• Analyzes variances to budget/forecast to identify opportunities for improvement.
• supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for a holistic view.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient/ payor mix.
• Creates and presents executive-level summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
