Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial and clinical data.
• Ability to work with large volumes of detailed data to reveal strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses for business trends and leadership requests.
• Compare actuals to budget/forecast and identify improvement opportunities.
• Augment financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantify impact of patient, procedure, payor mix changes using rate/volume calculations.
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
