• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, or 6+ years related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data interpretation.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive strategic insights.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for major initiatives and leadership requests.
• Analyzes variances against budget/forecast to identify improvements.
• Integrates operational/clinical data to provide holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes.
• Creates executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
