Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances vs budget, forecast, or prior year to identify opportunities.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient mix, procedure mix, or payor mix.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Mentors junior analysts and supports team development.
