You will analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability, and deliver executive-ready insights. The position requires strong data skills, collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in decision support and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret various data types including financial results, operational metrics, and clinical outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results and support business understanding.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyze variances to budget, forecast, or prior year to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantify impact of patient mix, procedure mix, payer mix, or other shifts.
• Create and present executive-level summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
