Qualifications

• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership
• Analyzes variances vs. budget/forecast to identify improvements
• Incorporates operational/clinical data for holistic insights
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of shifts
• Creates executive summaries with findings and recommendations
• Mentors junior analysts as needed
