Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial and operational data.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate strategic insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget and forecasts to identify opportunities.
• Combines financial, operational and clinical data for holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of business shifts.
• Creates executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
