Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to analyze and interpret various data types.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate strategic insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Conducts ad-hoc analyses as requested by Finance leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, or prior year.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient/ procedure mix changes.
• Prepares and presents executive-level summaries of major projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
