Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to handle large data sets and extract strategic insights.
• Strong time management and multi-project juggling skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership per business needs.
• Analyze variances vs. budget/forecasts to identify opportunities.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantify impact of changes in patient/procedure/payor mix via rate/volume.
• Create and present executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts.
