Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and interpret various data types including financial results, operational metrics, clinical outcomes
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and derive strategic insights
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership requests
• Analyze variances versus budget/forecast to identify improvements
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for holistic insights
• Quantify impact of changes in patient/procedure/payor mix
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations
• Mentor and coach junior analysts where applicable
