Milliman's MedInsight is seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with large healthcare payers and health plans. You will drive retention, growth, and value realization while collaborating with Product, Implementation, and Support teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise account management or related roles in healthcare analytics.
- Strong knowledge of payer landscape (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs, ACOs).
- Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Experience engaging senior executives and technical leaders.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic enterprise client relationships, align objectives and analytics needs.
- Lead executive-facing meetings, QBRs, and renewals to ensure value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to craft tailored proposals.
- Translate client analytics needs into MedInsight solutions and guidance.
