Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team and lead client relationships with operational excellence.

The Sr. Account Manager will own complex accounts, drive plans, and serve as the face of Navitus to clients, coordinating cross-functionally.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class service, support renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Compliance program objectives awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with existing customers to enhance retention.
• Manages complex, high-profile books of business.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class service.
• Facilitates client meetings and drives resolution of action items.
• Supports client renewals in partnership with sales and clinical teams.
• Performs ongoing account maintenance such as reporting and enrollment support.
• Occasional travel or after-hours involvement.
