Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team. This role leads projects and operational ownership for strategic client accounts, serving as the face of the organization to clients daily.

You will advise clients on plan design considerations and opportunities for improvement, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and support renewals and routine account maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance or health care industry.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with existing customers to enhance retention.
• Supports complex, high-profile and strategic books of business.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners for best-in-class service.
• Participates in client meetings to resolve action items and provide status updates.
• Drives internal resolution to open items and supports renewals with account teams.
• Manages client reporting, enrollment support and requests as needed.
• May travel outside normal business hours.
