Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team. This role will lead projects and own operations for strategic client accounts, acting as the face of our organization to clients daily.

You will advise on plan design considerations and opportunities for improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer service and outcomes. The Sr. Account Manager will manage complex client programs, drive renewal activities with cross-functional teams, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 5+ years in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care.
• The ability to interact cooperatively with others.

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients to enhance experience and retention.
• Support complex, high-profile and strategic books of business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class service.
• Lead client meetings to resolve items and provide status updates.
• Drive internal resolution of open action items and client requests.
• Support benefit changes and communicate implementation directions.
• Analyze client requirements for feasibility and accuracy.
• Assist in renewals with Account Exec and Clinical Account Exec.
• Execute routine account maintenance such as reporting and enrollment support.
