Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team. The Sr. Account Manager will lead projects and own operations for complex client accounts, serving as the voice of the customer cross-functionally and advising on plan design considerations.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, client renewal support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service. Travel may be required outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area required.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry required.
• Ability to participate in compliance objectives and collaborate respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with existing customers to enhance retention.
• Supports complex, strategic books of business and coordinates with internal stakeholders.
• Drives resolution of open action items and facilitates client meetings.
• Supports benefit changes for clients and renewal activities with account executives.
• Provides system support and tools to clients and travel may be required.
