Paychex Deutschland GmbH in the United States is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow our client base in core sales and major market segments. You will identify prospects, present Paychex HCM solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with in-person or virtual engagements.

The role requires 7+ years in professional sales, 5+ years in HCM, and a proven quota track record. A HS diploma is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• CORE HCM provider experience.
• Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.

Responsabilités

• Leverage Go-to-Market Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via calls, mail, seminars, and visits.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products and refer to the right party.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
