Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional with a strong background in HCM who will develop new clients and expand the base for Core Sales, HR Services Sales, or Major Market Sales. You will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires 7 years in sales, 5 years in HCM, and a proven track record with quotas. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• CORE HCM provider experience.
• Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and increase the client base to raise profits in Core/HR Services/Major Market Sales.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers (in person or virtual).
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients through calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork and expense reports by deadlines.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Project a positive image representing the Corporation to clients and community.
• May travel outside territory for conferences and training.
