Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant to help public sector clients design and implement HR/payroll and HCM solutions using agile methods. You will analyze processes, define requirements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact results.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, write reports, and support proposals while building trusted client relationships. A strong background in HR/Payroll, Agile, and public sector projects is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in technology project business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll processes and HR systems.
• Experience on HCM technology implementations and payroll/HCM software projects; familiarity with ALM tools such as JIRA, DevOps, ELM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes.
• Analyze business operations and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Deliver high-quality written reports, process documentation, and client presentations.
• Support testing and reconcile from the functional/business process perspective.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Support proposal development and client relationship management.
