Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing technology project business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll processes and compliance considerations.
• Experience on HCM technology implementations or payroll/HCM software projects.
• Experience using ALM tools (JIRA, DevOps, ELM).
• Experience in structured Agile or Scrum environments and working with public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement improved business processes.
• Analyze operations and provide actionable recommendations for transformation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business and technical requirements.
• Deliver high-quality written reports and client presentations.
• Support proposals, account strategy, and client relationships with agile delivery and testing support.
