Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5 years of technology project business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of HR/Payroll processes for large organizations.
• Experience on HCM implementations and payroll systems.
• Familiarity with ALM tools (JIRA, DevOps, ELM).
• Comfort in structured Agile or Scrum environments.
