Job summary

Crowe is seeking a results-driven consultant to join our US-based practice. You will collaborate with public sector clients, analyze operations, gather requirements, and craft practical recommendations using agile methods and AI-enabled insights.

You’ll grow client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and deliver high-impact work across ERP, HR/payroll, and technology projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technology project business analysis, strong communication, and experience

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of technology project business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of HR/Payroll processes.
• Experience on HRMS/HCM implementations or payroll software.
• Experience using ALM tools (JIRA, DevOps, ELM) in Agile settings.
• Proven ability to work in a structured Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; public sector experience is a plus.
• Certifications in CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement improved business processes.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Deliver high-quality written reports and client presentations.
• Support analytical research to align policies with configured functionality.
• Apply Agile methods to write user stories and track progress.
• Assist testing and reconciliation from a business perspective.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Assist with proposal development and client relationship management.
