Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned Consultant to solve complex business problems for public sector clients. You will analyze operations, elicit requirements, and design technology-enabled improvements across HR/payroll processes using Agile practices.

As you grow, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and help deliver high-impact work in a collaborative team environment. A strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing technology project business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll processes.
• Prior experience on HCM technology implementations or payroll/HCM software.
• Experience using ALM software (JIRA, DevOps, ELM).
• Experience performing work in a structured Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong experience working with public sector clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Deliver high-quality written reports and client presentations.
• Support clients with analytical research to align policies with configured functionality.
• Apply Agile methodology to write user stories and track progress.
• Support testing and reconciliation from the business perspective.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Assist with proposal development and client relationship management.
