Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a senior Guest Services supervisor to oversee shifts, ensure service excellence, and support leadership with training and coaching. You will coordinate promotions and events, manage cash handling, and drive operational efficiency across daily tasks and guest interactions.

The role requires strong knowledge of loyalty programs, regulatory controls, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast‑paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum four years in guest service experience.
• Minimum one year of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support across Guest Services during shifts and guide team members.
• Assist with promotions and events, coordinating operations and cash handling.
• Plan schedules, manage break rotations, and ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Deliver high‑quality service, de‑escalate issues, and promote guest engagement.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
