Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Lead Representative - Guest Services to oversee operational flow across all Guest Services functions in a fast-paced casino. You will guide the team, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with procedures and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four (4) years of guest service experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support across Guest Services during shifts, ensuring service excellence.
• Assist with promotions and events, including scripting and cash handling.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including schedules.
• Coach and onboard team, deliver on-the-job reinforcement.
• Support Responsible Gambling initiatives and maintain compliance.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
