Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Food & Beverage to lead restaurant, bar and venue operations. You will partner with the Director of Food & Beverage to drive strategy, staffing plans, training programs and seasonal initiatives that boost guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong budgeting, P&L understanding, and an ability to mentor a diverse team toward best-in-class service while maintaining compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of F&B experience in casino/restaurant/hotel settings.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience.
• Related experience may substitute educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for restaurant, bar, and venues to uphold brand standards.
• Develop plans to improve service quality, guest experience, and revenue.
• Lead training, succession planning, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, labor, and KPI reporting on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver best-in-class guest service while safeguarding assets.
