Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Responsible Gambling Program Manager to coordinate enterprise initiatives within Guest Services. You will oversee the Responsible Gambling program, ensure compliance, and support policy and procedure development, training, and audits.

You will engage guests to promote responsible gambling, analyze program data, collaborate with leadership and vendors, and report findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of four years managing programs or projects (including training) required; gaming experience preferred.
• Experience writing policies and procedures is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide Responsible Gambling program and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Directly engage with guests to educate on responsible gambling resources.
• Plan, measure, and analyze data; report findings to management.
• Coordinate with department leadership and vendors for training and policy updates.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.
