Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years F&B experience in casino/restaurant/bar/hotel.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant, bar, and catering venues.
• Develop and implement staffing, training, and succession plans.
• Manage budgets, labor, COGs, and revenue to meet financial goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve guest experience and brand standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and food quality standards are maintained.
