Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager, Spa & Pool Services to lead the Spa and Pool teams and drive guest experience across massage, skincare, and pool operations. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and vendor relations while maintaining top standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities include developing high-performing teams, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with other departments on events and promotions to attract casino guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Spa & Resort Pool industry experience and management experience in hotel/casino environment.
• Experience in instructional design, needs assessment, and training evaluation preferred.
• Direct experience in budgeting, forecasting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Spa, Pool and skincare operations and staffing.
• Develops team through coaching, performance assessments and training.
• Partners with departments to plan events and promotions to attract guests.
• Manages budgets, inventory, revenue and margins for spa and pool services.
