Job summary

Qualifications

- Minimum one year casino experience; slot experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated supervisory leadership and staff development abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversees slot zone staffing up to 50 employees and coordinates guest requests.
- Maintains knowledge of slot processes, procedures, and SOPs to maximize revenue.
- Leads advisory and coaching meetings, documents issues, and resolves disputes.
- Ensures compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and internal policies.
- Performs other duties to support efficient department operations.
