Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant to guide FOH operations, oversee the host stand, POS usage, and dining room service. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure alignment with Yaamava Brand Service Standards while coordinating with Front of House and Culinary teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining inventory accuracy, cash handling, and delivering a Best in Class guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of food & beverage experience required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership training/experience preferred.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience by delivering exceptional service and upholding Brand Service Standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly; escalate when needed.
• Oversee side work, ensure cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Maintain stock and assist with ordering; audit cash transactions and complete shift reports.
• Train and communicate new material; support efficiency, productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hosting duties, seating rotations, and bar setup where applicable.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
