Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant to support FOH operations under the Supervisor, Food & Beverage. You will help lead a team, assist with host duties, POS use, inventory, and uphold Brand Service Standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, collaboration with FOH and Culinary teams, and training teammates to deliver a Best in Class experience. Previous F&B and leadership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations.
• Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Must be able to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy period(s).

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service to all patrons and ensure Brand Service Standards are followed.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with side work duties and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and front desk.
• Maintain stock and inventory; audit cash register transactions and complete shift reports.
• Assist with training material and collaborate on strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support hosting duties, seating rotation, and beverage/bar responsibilities where applicable.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
