Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant under the Supervisor, Food & Beverage. You will assist with FOH duties including host stand, POS, and dining room while guiding a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards.

Collaborate with Front of House and Culinary teams, supervise side work, training, and inventory control, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years in food & beverage/customer service roles.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Must pass gaming and safety certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FOH team to deliver Yaamava brand service standards.
• Oversee host stand, dining room, and POS transactions.
• Train staff, monitor side work, and maintain inventory.
