Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to define and drive the GTM technology strategy. You will lead architecture reviews, oversee CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations, and mentor engineers across a wide set of systems supporting the revenue lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Legal to deliver scalable, secure, and automated GTM platforms, while establishing governance and incident-response practices to reduce outage impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications or GTM systems.
• 7+ years of deep Salesforce experience including hands-on development and architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical teams that include developers, administrators, architects, or technical leads.
• Led complex enterprise GTM technology initiatives including Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce, CRM.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, security, and data architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Experience designing pricing, subscriptions, consumption-based, renewal, and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for LiveRamp’s GTM technology ecosystem.
• Establish scalable integration patterns and governance across Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, and other systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce architecture and reviews.
• Lead evolution of CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced for multiple pricing models and renewals.
• Review designs and partner recommendations to ensure scalability, security, and business alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Establish a scalable production-support model including incident response and runbooks.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce engineers, administrators, and architects.
